Group CrossFit
Our Group CrossFit classes are built for busy adults who want structure, coaching, and real results. Onboarding to Group CrossFit

Ares Strength & Performance Athlete Training
This program is built for athletes who want to improve strength, speed, and overall performance with a structured, coach-led plan. Training is focused, intentional, and designed to help you develop power, resilience, and confidence that carries over into your sport. Every session is guided to ensure you’re progressing safely while pushing your limits.
Adult Semi Private Strength
Get the benefits of personalized coaching in a small group setting. This program focuses on building strength with a plan tailored to your goals, while still giving you the accountability and energy of training alongside others. It’s ideal for adults who want more individual attention without training completely on their own.
Senior Fitness 65+ “Legends Class”
This class is designed to help you stay strong, independent, and capable as you age. Workouts are tailored to your ability level, with a focus on balance, mobility, and functional strength for everyday life. With supportive coaching and a welcoming environment, you’ll build confidence and maintain the freedom to do the things you enjoy.
CrossFit Kids
CrossFit Kids focuses on building a strong foundation of movement, confidence, and discipline in a fun and supportive environment.
