We want to ensure you that we will be following strict guidelines so that you will be training in a safe and hygienic environment at all times.

If You Feel Sick Or Have Symptoms, Stay At Home:

Working out is not only counterproductive when you’re sick, it’s also a safety concern right now. To help protect the well-being of our community, we’ve also instructed our staff to stay home if they have even the slightest of symptoms.

Social Distancing:

Wide open floor space and and athletes areas on the floor allow for fun and safe distance while you work out.

Cleaning:

All equipment is cleaned by the athletes after use and floor and workout spaces are mopped and santitized.

Face Coverings:

Athletes may bring a mask for extra protection even if vaccinated. If you are unvaxinated please wear a mask for your own safety.
